They can afford to buy cameras an an alarm system that randomly goes off....but they wont buy soap or fix the bath rooms

For school it's fine. Kind of like a prison. Don't send your kids here.
UPDATE!!! Even more prison-like with the new 8 million dollar state-of-the-art ALARM SYSTEM! Key cards required to get in or out... That stupid alarm rings at least 10 f****** times a day. The A.C. Is set to like 60 degrees. Cameras everywhere. Cruddy food. Sounds like a prison to me.
